Functional Training

An approach to fitness focused on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control that can be applied in everyday life and various physical tasks. The main idea of functional training is to improve the body's ability to perform natural movements and tasks encountered in daily life.

Yoga Classes

The practice of physical and breathing exercises aimed at improving the health and well-being of participants. Yoga has ancient roots and is one of the most important paths to self-improvement and spiritual development.

Cardio Training

Physical exercises aimed at strengthening the cardiovascular system and improving its function. Cardio training helps increase heart rate and improve circulation, enhancing oxygen consumption by tissues.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Classes

A type of physical training that includes short periods of intense exercise followed by periods of active rest or low intensity. The main principle of HIIT is alternating high-intensity exercises with recovery periods, allowing for maximum results in a short time.

BodyPump Classes

A form of group fitness classes developed by Les Mills. This workout combines weight exercises (dumbbells or barbells) and music to make the workout more interesting and motivating.

Zumba Classes

A type of fitness training based on Latin American music and dance. This type of class was developed in the 1990s by American dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez. The main idea of Zumba is to combine fitness and various dance movements, making the workout enjoyable and energetic.

Stretching Classes

Boxing Training

Kickboxing Training

A form of physical training that combines elements of boxing and kicking. Kickboxing is a martial art and sport discipline where participants use hands and feet to strike the opponent.
